By confirming an order, the customer unconditionally accepts the order terms and these general conditions of sale in their entirety. The ‘double-click’ that is done after filling-in the order form validates the order and is irrevocable acceptance of these general conditions of sale once online ordering and payment are completed.

ESMOD will at no time be held liable for use of these items that is not in accordance with these standards.Photos, illustrations and related texts shown as sales support are not contractually binding and therefore we cannot be held liable for them.Goods delivered to customers remain the Company’s property until payment has been received in full. However, transfer of risk occurs upon delivery of products and/or services ordered through the e-boutique.Documents provided for the customer are protected by Intellectual Property Code and remain the Company’s property.It is therefore prohibited to reproduce, distribute or use these documents without the Company’s and Author’s prior consent.
PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS
Prices are in Euros and all taxes are included. Prices are guaranteed for the period of time that the catalogues and documents are valid. Prices listed on our website are those charged at the time orders are made.
- Several payment methods are available:
- By bank transfer.
- By cheque payable to "ESMOD" (sent by mail along with a printed copy of the completed online order form).
- By bank card, Visa, Mastercard (online payment).
ORDER PROCESSING - DELIVERIES
Orders are filled according to stock availability and deliveries are made as quickly as possible according to our transport partner(s) guarantees.Deliveries are only made once an order has been confirmed and full payment has been received. ESMOD retains ownership of goods until full receipt of payment of invoiced goods. Transport charges for France and abroad, listed on the order form, are at the customer's expense.
CLAIMS - RETURNS
Delivery of merchandise nullifies all claims unless written notification has been sent to the Company by the customer, by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt, within three working days from the time of delivery.When returning merchandise, packaging and transport charges are at the customer's expense.
